In the past week, we've upgraded our website with a new design, upgraded billing software, added a ticket system for support and sales requests, and can now sell domain names! 

We've spent some time evaluating the latest content management systems available.  We found one and implemented it for tekro.com.  What does this mean for you?  More updates to the site from us.  It also means if you're looking for a content management system (CMS), we can quickly and easily set one up for you and provide help and guidance if needed.  

The billing software has been updated.  The latest version provides some nice features and more control.  For users who sign up under it, you will have links available to log into your control panel from the billing software itself (no need to plug in a user name or password).  This new billing software safely handles monthly reoccuring payments using strict GAAB guidelines as well as meeting the security requirements set by the major credit card companies. 

We've implemented a help desk system for logging tickets.  The goal is to make sure the right requests for help make it to the right people on our staff.  You don't have to memorize a new password.  And you can interact with the system via the web or email!  Our support staff are updated instantly when you submit a request.  Of course, if its really urgent, please contact us by phone.  

We've held off offering domain names because we felt we couldn't offer them at competitive prices.  We're not the cheapest out there, we will admit that.  Although, from our billing software, you can manage your hosting options AND your domain name, all from one place!  Plus, we make it easy for you to assign the domain name to your hosting package by automatically configuring your new domain to use our name servers.
